LINING STRUCTURE OF TUNNEL, ITS LINING METHOD AND LINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a secondary smooth lining face while a working environment is improved by applying adhesion resin and its hardener on a reinforcing fiber sheet on the primary lining wall inner face of a tunnel or irradiating an ultraviolet curing FRP prepreg sheet with an ultraviolet ray to form a secondary lining wall. SOLUTION: An FRP layer being a secondary very thin lining wall comprising fiber reinforced plastic is lined on the inner face of segments 3-7 lined primarily on the inner face of an excavation hole 2. A sheet roll winding a long reinforcing fiber sheet 9 is pressed axially of a tunnel 1 by using press rollers 49-50, and mixed liquid of an adhesion resin and its hardener is discharged to adhere the sheet 9. Or an ultraviolet ray curing sheet 62 having adhesion is stuck on the surface of segments 3-7 along the axial direction of a tunnel 1, irradiated with an ultraviolet ray by an ultraviolet ray irradiation device 72, and the sheet 62 is cured to form a secondary lining wall. In accordance with the above method, a working environment is improved to easily obtain a secondary smooth lining face.
