Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cloth sheet light in weight, high in strength, excellent in flexibility and good in high-frequency wave melt sealing. SOLUTION: A cloth sheet having coating layers formed on both the sides of woven knitted fabric prepared by using a drawn yarn of a thermoplastic resin. The coating layer comprises a multi-component copolymer of ethylene, a radical-polymerizable acid anhydride and a radical-polymerizable comonomer other than these components. In the coating layer, the ratio of the acid anhydride-containing unit is 0.1-5 wt.%. The coating layer comprises an ethylene copolymer in which the ratio of the unit other than the ethylene unit and the acid anhydride-containing unit is 3-50 wt.%.
