INJECTION MOLDED PRODUCT, ITS DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of an inner structure of an injection molded product, reduce one molding mechanism depending on side cores and carry out the multi-piece manufacture. SOLUTION: An injection molded product manufacturing device comprises a cavity 12 copying the shape of a cassette panel cover surface, a core 11 copying the shape of the cover back, side cores 13, 14 and 15 inserted into the core 11 from a given slide direction for the purpose of copying the side shapes of a frame and a stored body on the cover back, a split core 30 having an oblique split face in the direction crossing almost orthogonally the moving direction of the side cores 13, 14 and 15 to copy a recess on a part of the frame and engaged thereon in the state of being movable up and down obliquely and a resin injection device for flowing a molten resin into spaces inside the molds. When the split core 30 is protruded in the oblique direction along the split face, one end of the split core 30 is moved in the end direction of the cover back, and simultaneously the other end of the split core 30 is released from the recess of the frame.
