Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder by which a minute amt. of adhesive is supplied, and the cost is lowered by forming a tube uniform in thickness over its full length and thermally deforming a nozzle so that the adhesive does not flow out from a gap between the nozzle and the tube. SOLUTION: A tube 10 with its outer diameter D2 smaller than the inner diameter D1 of the through-hole 5 of a cylindrical nozzle 3, having a through- hole 11 uniform in diameter in the longitudinal direction and linearly extended is inserted into the nozzle 3 when a feeder is assembled. A presser part is pushed to drip an instantaneous adhesive consisting of a cyanoacrylate thermosetting resin, or the like, to complete adhesion. When adhesion is resumed after the adhesive is hardened at the tip of the tube 10, a part of the tip of the tube 10 or the tube 10 and a part of the deformed nozzle 14 are cut off to form a new drip port, and the adhesive is dripped therefrom. The thickness of the tube 10 is changed within the limits of the inner diameter D1 of the nozzle 3, and a desired amt. of the adhesive is supplied. Consequently, a desired amt. of the adhesive is supplied by this feeder, and the feeder is easily provided at a low cost. |
