Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a dynamic liq. seal to be engaged with a valve spindle by magnetic coupling, by arranging an inner first magnetic body connected to the valve spindle movably in a device body along with the valve spindle and an outer second magnetic body around the valve spindle and magnetically moving the spindle along with an actuator. SOLUTION: The operation of a liq. discharger 10 is started by supplying a compressed liq. to a liq. passage by a duct 94 through a liq. entry port 92. When an actuator 58 is driven and energized by compressed air, the compressed air is supplied to an (aa) cavity 20 by the duct 94 through an air-inlet opening 54 to pull up a valve spindle 16 by the magnetically coupled actuator 58, the needle tip 76 of the spindle 16 is moved from a closing position to an opening position to separate the spindle from a valve seat 14, and the compressed liq. is made dischargerable from a discharge orifice 80. When the compressed air is decreased at the air-inlet opening 54, the actuator 58 is pushed down, and the spindle 16 is moved form the opening position to the closing position. As a result, the orifice 80 is closed, a tubular member is sealed by a contraction part using a static seal, and the liq. passage is separated.
