DIE WITH REPLACEABLE INSERT FOR INJECTION MOLDED MAGNETIC ROLL AND MANUFACTURING FOR MAGNETIC ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die which is suitably used in a molding machine for manufacturing a magnetic roll for an electronic photograph-type printer, with an electrostatic latent-image formation recorded in an optically conductive material. SOLUTION: A die 100 has a main body 106 and an insert 112. The surface of the main body 106 is defined by the main body 106. At least a part of the insert 112 is put facing opposite the surface of the main body 106. the inner face of the insert 112 is defined by the insert 112. The inner face of the insert 112 is fitted to at least a part of an outer face of the roll. When the insert 112 is worn, the insert 112 is replaceable, and the main body 106 can be reused with the replaced insert 112.
