Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient high frequency heating device capable of heating food and having a large emissivity of far infrared radiation. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a heating compartment 1 to store and heat food, a magnetron 2 to supply a microwave into the heating compartment 1 and an electrothermal heating element 7 to heat the food in the heating compartment 1, and the electrothermal heating element 7 is composed of a heating part 10 of carbon material and a coil 11 to hang the heating part 10. Thereby, a highly efficient high frequency heating device capable of heating food and having a large emissivity of far infrared radiation can be obtained.
