Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-acid battery that can be a small type without impairing its airtightness by making structural improvements of its resined terminals. SOLUTION: The lead-acid battery has resined terminals 1 each comprising lead pole 10 and a resin part 11 encircling the lead pole 10 airtightly, where the lead pole 10 is inserted in a through hole made in the lid and the resin part 11 is welded to the lid undersurface about the through hole. The resined terminals 1 each have a single-stage annular flange 2 on the periphery of the lead pole 10, and annular projections 13 on the upper surface of the flange 12.
