Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage peripheral device with the high degree of freedom by executing a prescribed processing on peripheral device and transmitting the processing result to a monitoring device. SOLUTION: A local part 11 is mainly formed of a printer communication control part 21, a processing execution part 22 and a communication part 23. The printer communication control part 21 is connected between the processing execution part 22 and a network 2 and it executes communication with printers 3-1 to 3-n through the network 2. In the processing execution part 22, a calendar timer part 24 records present time, and a processing part 26 executes various processings on a job schedule control part 25 in accordance with a schedule that is previously set. A printer inner information storage part 27 stores printer inner information obtained from the printers 3-1 to 3-n by the processing of the processing part 26 and a processing control part 28 controls the processing by the processing part 26 and the transmission of various information obtained by the processing part 26. A remote part 12 is connected to the local part 11 through a network 13 and receives the transmitted monitoring result of the printers 3-1 to 3-n.
