Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress seal leakage to the minimum extent by constituting a hybrid seal segment provided between a rotor of a rotary machine and a casing surrounding it by providing a first labyrinth seal segment, a second labyrinth seal segment, a mounting block, and a brush seal segment. SOLUTION: A plurality of, for example, five hybrid seal segments 10 arranged in a rotary machine 24 are arranged in the direction of circumference to constitute an annular hybrid seal by the whole, and each segment 10 consists of a first labyrinth seal segment 26, a second labyrinth seal segment 28, a mounting block 30, and a brush seal segment 32. A plurality of streaks of teeth 36, 44 extending in the direction of circumference are provided and protrude on the inside in the radial direction in each labyrinth seal segment 26, 28, which are arranged inside in the radial direction of the mounting block 30 which is off-set arranged. The brush seal segment 32 has bristles 54 extending inward and consisting of a metallic wire.
