Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the external appearance of a shutter body and enhance the sticking function of a decoration sheet. SOLUTION: A shutter body 3 in which a plurality of plate-shaped straps 2 are brought into contact with a flexible sheet and stuck thereto so as to be bendable is erected on a rail to freely travel thereon. A strap 2 having a square section is attached onto one side face of the flexible sheet 1 and another strap 2 having a trapezoidal section is attached to the other side face and further, decoration sheets 5 are laminated on the respective surfaces of the straps 2, 2 on both faces of the shutter body 3 in the unrolled condition.
