SOLUTION: A bicycle parking facility is provided with a plurality of bicycle receiving bases 7, 8 movable across two parallel rails 3 and provided with a plurality of casters capable of smoothly moving a bicycle with its wheels loaded thereon, the bicycle receiving bases 7, 8 are fitted on a traveling base to be engaged with the rails 3, and a play is given to a fitting structure of a traveling base 5 to be engaged with one rail 3 out of two rails 3 and the bicycle receiving bases 7, 8.
