Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floating of a pile by filling the hollow part of the pile with a filler of an amount reducing the buoyancy of the pile after a tip-closed pile is built up in a preceding excavation hole. SOLUTION: An excavation hole 1 is excavated to build up a pile 10 attaching a tip cap 11, a hammer body 20 is mounted on the head part of the pile 10, a tip hammer 21 is hung from the hammer body 20 in the pile 10 by a wire 22, and moved up and down as shown by an arrow 23 to strike the tip part of the pile 10. Next, when the bottom part of the pile 10 bites into the bottom part 2 of the excavation hole 1, the tip hammer 21 is wound up to remove the hammer body 20 from the head part of the pile 10. Next, the hollow part of the pile 10 is filled with excavated soil 31 as a filler 12 by using a backhoe 30 or the like, and after the filler 12 reaches an amount canceling the buoyancy of the pile 10, working is completed. Thereby after the tip-closed pile is built up, the hollow part is filled with soil and sand, so that floating of the pile can be prevented. |
