Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a high-quality solid fuel which is free of glass powders, etc. by increasing the removal rate of small non-combustible substances such as glass powders, etc. attached to combustible substances, and to enable continuous operation of a molding machine. SOLUTION: After crushing large-sized waste D containing combustible substances D2, the crushed waste D' is dried so that small non-combustible substances D11 including glass powders attached to D' become easily releasable. Subsequently, irons I and non-iron metals M are each selectively removed from the crushed, dried waste D", and non-combustible substances D1 including glass powders are selectively removed through sieving and wind-force separation. The remaining combustible substances D2 are molded and solidified to prepare a solid fuel F.
