Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive tape which can be rewound from a winding without encountering the pulling-out of fibers and therefore has improved adhesive characteristics by applying an adhesive to either surface of a tape-like support obtained by integrating with a binder a web of staple fibers subjected to mechanical integration or wet twisting. SOLUTION: After the addition of 3-50 wt.%, desirably, 5-20 wt.% binder, a nonwoven material 2 made from a staple fibers having a fiber length of 10-100 mm is subjected to mechanical integration by water jet or needling to obtain a tape-like support in which permanent connection with the binder 4 is formed at the points of contact among the individual fibers and which has a web weight of 50-500 g/m2, a web thickness of 100-300 μm, strength at break of 75-500 N/(5 cm), and an elongation at break of 5-100%. Either one of surfaces of the support is coated with an adhesive composition containing an acrylate hot melt having a K value of at least 20 and a benzoin derivative. |
