Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a corrosion-resistant mortar capable of improving application at a low cost by mixing a fine aggregate with a binder having a specific composition consisting of Porlant cement, fly ash, blast furnace slag fine powder and silica fume in a specific water binder ratio. SOLUTION: This mortar is obtained by mixing a fine aggregate with a binder in a water binder ratio of 25-45%. The composition of the binder is 15-25 pts.wt. of Porlant cement, 40-60 pts.wt. of fly ash, 10-30 pts.wt. of blast furnace slag fine powder and 5-15 pts.wt. of silica fume based on 100 pts.wt. of the binder. Consequently the content of calcium hydroxide to be a deterioration factor substance in a hardened body at 28 material age is made |
