SOLUTION: This suction head comprises plural sucking means provided on the head body 1, bar-like slid parts 56 provided on the respective sucking means 55 and supported to be freely moved in the direction of the shaft center independently of the other sucking means, sucking parts 57 densely arranged adjacent to each other at the tips of the slide parts 56, air sucking means 56, 60, 62, 63 connected to the respective sucking parts 57, and a suction on-off control means 65 capable of individually on-off controlling the sucking operation of air for the respective sucking parts 57.
