An excitation circuit simulation processing means 2K inputs the excitation transformer voltage signal n or the like calculated in the simulated model, to output an excitation current signal g1 and an excitation voltage signal P. A generator simulation processing means 2L performs calculation by the excitation voltage signal P to output the generator voltage signal d1 or the like by the simulated model. An analog signal output processing means 2M outputs various signal outputs from the generator simulation processing means 2L or the like to an excitation control device 10A.
