Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ATM transmission equipment capable of performing efficient priority control as a whole suppressing the priority transmission of certain information more than needed. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a cell holding means 11 for storing cells from an upstream cell transmitting means 2, transmission cell selecting means 12 for determining the priority to transmit the cells stored in this cell holding means to a downstream cell transmitting means 3 and minimum cell transmission interval designating means 13 for applying the minimum cell transmission interval information to this transmission cell selecting means and the transmission cell selecting means is provided for determining the priority of respective cells based on the priority class information contained in respective cells and the minimum cell transmission interval information.
