Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise factor by providing a distribution amplifier and a bootstrap on an adaptation stage, connecting the input side of the distribution amplifier to one of both terminals of a sensor with the impedance of resistance value set larger than the load and connecting the output side of the distribution amplifier to the load with the gate and the source of the distribution amplifier connected to one of both terminals of the sensor and to the other terminal, respectively. SOLUTION: Each of amplifier cells CE1-CEn has an active circuit A containing an FET connected as a common source. A passive element forms the parts of a gate line LG and a drain line LD. The input E of a distribution amplifier ADL is formed at one of both ends of the line LG, and the other end of the line LG is connected to the terminating resistance RD that is approximately equal to the characteristic impedance of the line LG. Meanwhile, one of both ends of the line LD is connected to the load R50. Thus, the output S of the amplifier ADL of such a constitution is defined. In fact, the output signal of the amplifier ADL is transmitted through the line LG. |
