Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation method for allowing a requester to capture high quality information or service in a network type service system for requesting or providing information or service on a communication network capable of free information exchange between computers connected with the communication network. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a contents matching means for selecting information or service to be mediated by using a request profile, attributes of requesters 21-23 and a contents profile, and deciding providers 31-34 who provide the information or service according to the evaluation of the providers, and a contents customizing means for customizing the information or service according to the request profile and the requester attributes. Thus, the information or service matched with the requests from the requesters 21-23 can be selected under the consideration of the evaluation related with the providers 31-34.
