METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING VIBRATION OF PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring the vibration of a pump for extracting only the vibration of a pump by canceling the vibration of a pump barrel. SOLUTION: This is a method for measuring the vibration of pump 6 seated and housed in a cylindrical pump barrel 5 suspended from a ceiling part 4 for vibrating the pump barrel 5 according to the vibration. In this case, vibration sensors 33a and 33b are mounted to the two faced parts in the radial direction of the pump 6, and the outputs of those vibration sensors 33a and 33b are added so that the vibration of the pump 6 itself can be measured by canceling the vibration of the pump barrel 5 vibrated by the pump 6.
