Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance work by applying the constitution that both peripheral ends of a rubber seal member having both ends of a flat rubber plate bonded to a rubber film sheet are fixed with a fastener in such a state as exposed to the inner side of a buried ring. SOLUTION: A rubber seal member A is attached all around toward the inner side of a buried ring 3 by use of a fastener B. The rubber seal member A is formed out of a rather thick and flat rubber plate 7 and a rather thin rubber film sheet 8, and the ends of the plate 7 and the sheet 8 are bonded to each other for integration. A fluid filling mouthpiece 10 is buried in the rubber plate 7 and the rubber plate 7 is filled with a fluid, thereby expanding the rubber film sheet 8. As a result of the expansion, closed space P is formed and the rubber seal member A comes in pressure contact with a shield machine 50, thereby providing a function for isolating leaking water or the like, if any. Also, even if airtightness is lost from a fixing member B, a troubleshooting work can be easily carried out and easy maintenance can be attained, because of the exposure of the fixing member B to the inner side of the buried ring 3.
