Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curing agent for radical polymerization type resins giving cured products excellent in appearance and physical properties such as resistance to boiling water or the like, having high curing rates, useful for fiber reinforced plastic products or the like by including a specific organic peroxide. SOLUTION: This curing agent comprises (A) an organic peroxide expressed by the formula (R1 to R4 are each H or a 1 to 6C alkyl), for example, bis(1- naphthoylperoxide) or the like, and preferably, (B) an organic peroxide having a ten hour half-life of 50 to 75 deg.C, for example, 1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutylperoxy pivalate or the like. The component (A) is obtained, for example, by reacting sodium peroxide which is obtained from sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide, with 1-naphthoylchloride or an alkyl substituted 1-naphthoylchloride, and the components (A) and (B) are preferably used in a weight ratio of 10/90 to 90/10.
