Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially prevent the leakage of the light of a UV lamp to the outside by preventing the reflection of the light on the inside surface of an impeller and scroll of a fan for blasting. SOLUTION: The rear surface of a main body shell 1 is provided with an opening 5 for air inhalation and the front surface in the upper part thereof with an opening 6 for air blowoff, respectively. The opening 5 for air inhalation is provided with a prefilter 7. The inside surfaces of the impeller 8 and scroll 9 of the cross flow type fan 2 are painted with matte black to prevent the reflection of the light. A photocatalyst filter 3 is formed by depositing photocatalyst composed mainly of titanium oxide and an adsorbent, such as active carbon, on a base material having a honeycomb structure composed mainly of an inorganic material. The titanium oxide is rendered with activity by photoenergy and has eventually a high photocatalyst effect and has the nature to oxidize and decompose the organic matter, ammonia, NOX, etc. adhered to its surface. A prefilter 7 is made of, for example, polypropylene of a wire diameter 210 μm to a mesh form of longitudinally 39 pieces and transversely about 33 pieces per inch.
