Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength in leg blades and to integrally mold whole leg blades without using a large metallic mold by permitting each leg blade to be provided with a base which has a rigidity and whose base end is fixed to a center part and also a cover body for covering the base. SOLUTION: Five legs extended in a radial direction are arranged in a boss part 8 being a center part. In the boss part 8, metallic fixtures 81 having screw through-holes 81a are rigidly welded and an outer diameter is made to be smaller than the inner diameter of a supporter 2 and fitted with play in the supporter 2. In the meantime, each leg blade 9 consists of the base 91 and the cover body 82. The base 91 is made of metal and is provided with a fitting surface 91a with a curvature being the same as that of the outer peripheral surface of the boss part 8 in the base end. The cover body 92 is made of a resin, its width dimension is made to be wider than that of the base 91 and its longitudinal dimension is set to be longer than that of the base 91. The boss part 8 in a state where the bases 91 and the cover bodies 92 are fitted is attached at the lower end 22 of the supporter 2 with play and erecting walls 92a are inserted to a gap formed between the boss part 8 and the supporter 2 so that leg assembling is completed.
