Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitting device which reduces the number of parts of a matching circuit, improves the variation of circuit characteristics, reduces insertion loss and improves intra-band frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: A variable capacitive diode VC is used as a constant value variable element in a matching circuit 4a provided between two transmission circuits 2 and 3 for separate systems which operate in mutually different frequency bands and a plural systems sharing power amplifier 5 which amplifies these outputs to a prescribed transmission level, the capacitance is changed by a system switching signal and the matching between the operating transmission circuit between the circuits 2 and 3, and the power amplifier 5 is obtained. Because of this circuit configuration, it is possible to reduce the number of parts of the matching circuit 4a and to improve the variation of circuit characteristics.
