Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discourage formation of a rough on the surface of a transparent resin sheet by sandwiching with a resin film which is more excellent in cushion characteristics than the transparent resin sheet between a laminating object and a flat plate. SOLUTION: A lamination object A, comprising transparent resin sheet 10a and 10b and a wire gauze 12 and an adhesive sheet as required, is sandwiched between flat plates 22 and 22, which is sandwiched between hot discs 24 and 24, which is heated to a temperature where the adhesive sheet or transparent resin sheets 10a and 10b are slightly melted, while pressurized, so that the open parts of the wire gauze 12 are filled with the bonding agent of the adhesive sheet or the resin of transparent resins 10a and 10b for integration. Then, a silica and titania, etc., are vapor-deposited on the surface of the integrated bonded object as required to form an anti-reflection film 14, and after that the peripheral part of the bonded object is enclosed by a conductive part 16 while the earth part 16 is electrically connected to the wire gauze 12, thus manufacturing an electromagnetic filter.
