PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operation efficiency of an operator by easily sensing warning and easily displaying a related screen. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a warning window information data base 50 for connecting a plant input point with a warning window and a warning window displaying means 1 equipped with the display area of a warning window group in which the plural monitor points of the plant are summarized at one part of the screen of a display device for changing the display state of the warning window corresponding to the warning state for informing an operator of the presence or absence of the warning of the plant. Also, this device is provided with a warnings message displaying means 5, warning window displaying means 4, warning significance changing means 2, flicker changing means 3, warning factor list displaying means 6, warning display changing means 14, warning guidance displaying means 7, interactive inputting means 10, related screen displaying means 8, warning automatic displaying means 9, warning guidance data base 52, and voice outputting means 11.
