Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing electrophotograph capable of stably producing the electrophotographic photoreceptors having high wear resistance even if coating films are formed by dip coating application using a curing type reactive material having extremely high reactivity and a dip coating device for the purpose. SOLUTION: The dip coating application is executed in the state of holding the liquid temp. of a coating liquid at >=15 deg.C by cooling at the time of forming photosensitive layer constitution layers by subjecting a cylindrical body to dip coating application into the coating liquid containing the curing type reactive material having charge transferability. At this time, the dip coating application is preferably executed under the coating application environment dehumidified to the humidity at which dew condensation does not occur at the liquid temp. of the coating liquid by setting the atmosphere temperature at the liquid temp. of the coating liquid or the liquid temp. +5 deg.C. The dip coating application is executed by using the dip coating device having means for circulating the refrigerant for cooling to a cooling jacket 14 of the outside of an immersion tank and a cooling jacket 13 of the outside of a coating liquid stagnation tank. |
