Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate registration during press fitting it with a mounting hole and to improve workability by a method wherein an intermediate cylinder forms an elastic bush embedded in a rubber elastic body and a slit to perform preliminary compression of an inner rubber part is formed in the intermediate cylinder. SOLUTION: Inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2 are intercoupled through a rubber elastic body 3 interposed between the two cylinders, and the intermediate cylinder 2 is embedded in the rubber elastic body 3 such that the outer periphery thereof is wrapped with an outer rubber part 31. An axial slit 5 is formed at least in one spot of the inner cylinder 2, a mark 7, for example, a protrusion part 7a, being in a given position relation with the slit 5, is formed on a flange 4 being a part of the outer peripheral part of the rubber elastic body 3 to confirm the position of the slit 5.
