Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high lithium ion conductive inorganic solid electrolyte in a short-time single stage at a low temperature by supplying a DC pulsating current to a powdery mixture of an Li feed source, a Ti feed source and a P feed source under pressure. SOLUTION: As a Li feed source is exemplified, e.g. LiOH, LiOH.H2O, Li2CO3 or LiNO3. As a Ti feed source is exemplified, e.g. H2TiO3, TiO2 or Ti(SO4)2. As a P feed source is, e.g. H3PO4, Li3PO4 or H3PO2. The molar ratio among the Li, Ti and P feed sources is preferably about (5-20):(10-30):(25-45). A powdery starting material mixture is prepared by mixing and agitating the powdery Li, Ti and P feed sources in an aqueous medium. An about 200-500A DC pulsating current is supplied to the mixture under about 5-40 MPa pressure and the mixture is brought into solid phase reaction at about 250-1,000 deg.C for about 2-10 min.
