SOLUTION: One reflection end of a cavity resonator 6 is formed of the surface 17s on the microwave absorbing body 20 of a metal honeycomb 17 coated with a catalyst material, such as Pt/Rh and Pd/Rh, a casing 17c is formed on a metal honeycomb 17, and the metal honeycomb 17 and the cavity resonator 6 are electrically connected through the casing 17c.
