PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the cleaning of a strainer at once, used to be cleaned by each cock in a conventional device by mounting a dust collecting means on a branchpoint of a watercource, and comprising a watercourse for feeding the water having passed through the dust collecting means, and a watercourse for feeding the water not having passed through the dust collecting means. SOLUTION: A branching tool 5 including a strainer as a dust collecting means is mounted on a branchpoint 3 of a water feed pipe 2, and an outlet of a branched pipe 7 forming a watercourse 6 branched to the downstream of the strainer of the branching tool 5 is connected to a branch tool 12 for branching the watercourse to a watercourse 9 connected to a water feed header 8 and a watercouarse 11 connected to a water heater 10. On the other hand, an outlet of a branched pipe forming a watercourse 23 not through the strainer 4 of the branching tool 5 is connected to an outdoor cock for garden 25. The dust is captured by the strainer in the branching tool 5, and the dust attached to the strainer flows simultaneously with the water flowing to the branch pipe 24 side by the water force to be discharged from the cock 25 for garden connected to the watercouse 23.
