VACUUM CONSOLIDATION YARD FORMING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can be executed a vacuum pressure close yard formation process from installing of a drain material to laying of an airtight sheet, in the soft ground in water. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a worktable 13 which floats on water, and a crawler 12 for moving the worktable 13 on the water in a desired direction. Moreover the worktable is provided with a drain material installing machine 11 for driving a drain material 20 to a soft ground 28 in water in a nearly vertical direction, a working stage for installing water flowing materials 21, 24 for passing water and gas from the drain material 20 in a nearly horizontal direction, and a back hoe 26 used when an airtight sheet 23 is laid down on the water flowing materials 21, 24.
