PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and simply prevent external light from invading in a case main body when it is not projected, and simply and promptly limit the range of light projection. SOLUTION: A shutter mechanism is provided in a case main body 11. A rotary solenoid of the shutter mechanism is excited at the time of light a light source 20 while interlocking with the lighting and the turning off operation of a light source 20. When the light source 20 is lighted, the rotary solenoid is excited to hold a pair of impeller members at an opened position. On the other hand, when the light source 20 is turned off, the rotary solenoid is degaussed to hold a pair of shuttlecock members at closed position. Moreover, the rotary solenoid forms an effective opening 15a corresponding to a road signboard in the inside of an opening part by regulating a position of a shading member 31 of a mask means 30. Though the position of the shading member 31 is regulated while seeing an image on a projection board B attached on an attaching part 38, the projection board B is detached from the attaching part 38 when it finishes forming the effective opening 15.
