HEAT-INSULATED CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container superior in heat-insulating property which hardly conducts the heat of its contents regardless where on its body part it is held with hands. SOLUTION: The heat insulated container 1 comprises a paper cup main body 2 having an outward curl part 6 at the top open edge and a paper outside tube 3 which is open both at the top and at the bottom having an inward curl part 8 at the bottom open edge. The paper cup main body 2 is covered with the outside tube 3 for adhering the top open inside face of the outside tube 3 to the side wall outer periphery directly under the outward curl part 6 of the paper cup main body 2 to form them integrally. The outside tube 3 is formed of a panel paper whose outside face is embossed wholly. In addition to heat insulating effect by the gap 9 formed between the paper cup main body 2 and the outside tube 3, the heat insulation action of the uneven surface of the outside tube further improves the heat insulation effect of the container.
