Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occupancy area of drive system, reduce adjustment work for the improvement of accuracy, eliminate adverse effects of an attractive force and position with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A fixed member 2 has a rail shape with a plurality of surfaces. A movable member 1 has facing surfaces facing the plurality of surfaces of the fixed member 2 respectively and runs along the fixed member 2, in a state in which it is coupled with the fixed member 2. At least four circulation routes through which a number of rolling elements 3 are moved between the facing surfaces of the movable member 1 and fixed member 2 in a direction opposite to the running direction, through the inside of the movable member 1, and returned between the facing surfaces again, are provided.
