PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitter capable of allocating a transmission band to each terminal on the server side and defining the time point of completing the reception of respective data on the terminal side as a display time. SOLUTION: This data transmitter is provided with a scenario storage means 11 for storing data composing of a title and a scenario describing the time to reproduce the data, scenario interpreting means 12 for reading out and interpreting the scenario stored in the scenario storage means 11, and schedule calculating means 12 for preparing a schedule for transmitting data by calculating the transmission start time and transmission band of data from the scenario interpreted by the scenario interpreting means 12. At the terminal, the time point of completely receiving the respective data composing of the title from the server can be defined as the display timing of these data.
