DISKETTE TYPE ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND ITS DRIVER AND DRIVING SYSTEM FOR THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can be easily applied to a diskette type electronic device system by adding a semiconductor memory and a 1st electrode terminal to the electronic device to read and write data and to supply the electric power to the electronic device from the outside, respectively. SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory which can read and write data is added to a diskette type electronic device 10 together with a 1st electrode terminal which supplies the electric power to the device 10 from the outside. The device 10 also includes a terminal part 12 which transfers data to a terminal part 52 of a drive device 50, a CPU 15 which is connected to digital signal processing circuit 14 and totally controls the device 10, a semiconductor memory 16 which stores the data transferred between both devices 10 and 50, etc. Furthermore, a power source Vo is added to the device 10 together with GNU supply electrode terminals 26 and 27, a data write signal W/D terminal 23, a write gate signal W/G terminal 24, a drive selection signal D/S terminal 22, etc.
