Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of fuel addition by providing a stage of a lateral blow tuyere and a blow-up lance between a gas discharge opening and a waste loading opening and providing two stages of the lateral blow tuyere in the height direction between the waste loading opening and a molten slag discharge opening thereby measuring the position of the molten slag in the furnace. SOLUTION: A stage of water-cooled lateral blow tuyere 5-3 for blowing auxiliary fuel independently upon deficiency of combustion accelerating gas or heat quantity and a water-cooled elevating/lowering blow-up lance 17 are provided between a gas discharging opening 3-1 and a waste loading opening 11-1. Furthermore, water-cooled lateral blow tuyeres 5-1, 5-2 are provided in two stages in the height direction between the waste loading opening 11-1 and a molten slag discharge opening 25. A cooler 27 for cooling the lining refractory from the iron skin on the back side is also provided and the position of molten slag in the furnace is measured by means of a slag top level gauge 21-2 disposed above the furnace. |
