Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcibly open a window glass responsively by changing a switch over to an automatic switching operation when a foreign material is caught at a manual closing operation. SOLUTION: This power window device is provided with a means detecting a condition that a foreign material is caught when a cycle of a pulse signal becomes larger than a threshold while a window glass is closed by a manual switch operation and a means forcibly opening the window glass by immediately driving a motor to the opening direction when the automatic switch is operated to the opening side in the condition that the bite-in is detected.
