Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably take out cards one by one even if number of stored cards is large, by performing taking-out operation by sucking a flat portion of cards piled in a card storing portion with a taking-out means for taking out cards one by one from the card storing portion. SOLUTION: Acoording to a taking-out signal of embossed cards C, a motor- driven suction fan 20 waiting at a initial position on a card conveying passage 17 integrally with a fan moving belt 26 moved to an upper space of one stacker 18. A lifter 21 in the stacker 18 is moved up to push up the embossed cards C, the top embossed card C is pressed onto the lower surface of the motor- driven suction fan 20, and one embossed card C is sucked. After the sucking operation, the lifter 21 is moved down, the entire embossed cards C are dropped to an original position, a lifting shutter 24 is opened, and the motor-driven suction fan 20 is moved onto the card conveying passage 17. Releasing the motor drive suction, one embossed card C is dropped on the card conveying route 17 and is transferred.
