CONTINUOUS MIXER FOR CEMENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To knead an accelerated curing cement composition continuously and uniformly and supply the cement composition continuously by forming protrusions for kneading spaced from each other, on the outer peripheral edge of a kneading rotor facing to the side face plate of a casing. SOLUTION: A step of the jutting length of a protrusion 3 for kneading on the kneading rotor 2 side is provided on the tip of a scraping blade 7. When the scraping blade 7 passes over the protrusion on 3 for kneading, the upper side of the protrusion 3 for kneading is not blocked. The protrusion 3 for kneading with the trapezoidal upper face side and the trapezoidal lower face side of the kneading rotor 2 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the kneading rotor 2. The trapezoid is formed of a lower side, an oblique side, other side which is opposed to the oblique side and arranged from the outer peripheral edge to the outside of the kneading rotor 2 on the normal of the kneading rotor 2, and an upper side which connects the another side to the tip of the oblique side and is located at a parallel position to the lower side.
