Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new FIA system capable of preventing reduction in enzyme activity accompanying formation of water-soluble formazan and hardly lowering enzyme activity in an immobilized diaphorase column. SOLUTION: A coloring reaction by immobilized diaphorase is carried out in the presence of a surfactant to prevent deposition of water-soluble formazan. The surfactant is combined with β-NAD+ and used for cleaning the immobilized diaphorase to maintain high enzyme activity. A method for measuring urinary sulfate conjugation type bile acid economically in a high accuracy is provided by an FIA system obtained by combining a column on which BSS and B-HSD are simultaneously immobilized with a mechanism for measuring absorbance before and after an immobilized diaphorase column.
