SPADING DEVICE OF SELF-PROPELLED ROLL BALER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled roll baler to which a spading device for carrying out a work for peeling a mulch sheet is attached. SOLUTION: This spading device of a self-propelled roll baler is obtained by disposing link bars 5 on both arms from the front rotation support points 3 of the frame 2 of the self-propelled roll baler, connecting spade plates 4 to the link bars 5 on the side of a raking portion B, and disposing a link mechanism C for adjusting the lowering quantity (L) of the spade plates 4. The spade plates 4 connected to the link bars 5 are vertically vibrated by the rotation of an eccentric cam 15 to float a mulch sheet. The speed of the work is further selected from the range of peeling angles W to Y by the detection of an angle sensor 20 using the range of the peeling angles W to Y as a proper range value in order to prevent the clogging or breakage of the wound mulch sheet.
