Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact driving power supply circuit for a current driving element capable of changing a driving power supply for a current driving element at high speed. SOLUTION: In a driving power supply circuit for a current driving element 1, the control device of a power supply circuit 10, a pulse-width- modulation(PWM) switching regulator, controls the 'on' period of metal-oxide- semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFET) 13, 14 to output from a transformer 30 the pulse voltage having the switching frequency of 100 kHz or more. Then, a reactor 17 averages this pulse voltage to apply a driving current to the base of a static-induction transistor(SIT) 80. Also, the driving power supply circuit for a current driving element capable of changing at high speed the amount of driving current to be applied to the base of the SIT 80 is obtainable by changing the pulse voltage of the high frequency at high speed. |
