Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact of the liquid leaked from a battery with a protecting circuit board while pressing the battery with a separator by providing the separator stood from a bottom of the inside of a battery case main body and for pressing one of the periphery of the battery, and providing a protecting circuit board between an insulating plate opposite to the separator and the peripheral wall. SOLUTION: A first separator 6 is stood from a bottom of a battery case body 1, and lead plates 10, 11 are interposed through a right and a left wedges 8, 9, and electrically connected to discharge terminals 12, 13. An insulating plate 14 is adhered to the first separator 6 at a side opposite to a side provided with batteries 2, 3, and a protecting circuit board 15 is pinched by support legs 16, 17 stood from the bottom of the case body 1. A second separator 7 stood from the bottom of the case body 1 presses a central part of the battery 2, and the first and the second separator 6, 7 pinch the batteries 2, 3. With this structure, the liquid leaked from the batteries 2, 3 is absorbed by the first separator 6 and the insulating plate 14 so as to eliminate the influence thereof to the protecting circuit board 15.
