PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage schedule information by making the information open to the public. SOLUTION: A person who desires to obtain schedule information is able to obtain information provided through the Internet 600 by using a client terminal 202 on a local area network 200 communication of a company A, terminals 501 and 502 connected through a public telephone line 300 and an Internet provider 400, etc. A schedule management center 100 manages the schedule of registered users mainly and provides the schedule information of the registered users to requesters and confirming persons by using the Internet services such as electronic mail and WWW(worldwide web). Further, the schedule management center 100 manages A-company employees as registered users and provides schedule information, updated in association with the schedule data of the company A, through the Internet services.
