SOLUTION: This endoscope device 1 has plural different kinds of endoscopes such as soft endoscopes 2, 105 and hard endoscopes 106, 107. Moreover, the endoscope device has a battery type light source 4 provided with a lamp and a battery supplying illuminating light to a light guide fiber cable connectable to any of these endoscopes. Thus, the endoscope device 1 is improved in the portability at the time of using plural and different kinds of endoscopes.
